Four steps. One visit. No babysitting required.
Our crews are in the field all day, so the phone and the website do the booking. Here's the whole process, start to finish.
Call, book, or send a photo
Call (828) 555-0123 — a real person answers around the clock — or use the online form. We need three things: your address, the package you're leaning toward, and a photo of the current mailbox (or the empty spot, for new builds).
The photo matters. It's how we confirm your price is firm before anyone drives anywhere.
Firm price, real date
We confirm your package price — $699, $849, or $949+, plus the gravel add-on or Charlotte trip fee if either applies — and give you an install date. Hendersonville and Asheville are usually within the week; Charlotte runs on batched install days.
Hold the date with a $100 deposit or pay in full online, secured by Stripe.
Install day
A two-person crew shows up in a marked truck with everything on board. Old box and post come out, the new post goes in plumb — set in concrete where soil conditions or the post style require it — and the box is mounted at USPS spec: bottom 41–45 inches above road surface, face 6–8 inches back from the curb.
You don't need to be home. Most customers aren't. If we hit rock, roots, or a buried surprise, we call before changing anything.
Clean curb, photo proof
Old materials are hauled off, spoil is removed, and the concrete is finished neatly below grade so grass grows back over it. Before we leave, we text you photos of the completed install.
Fresh concrete needs to cure — give the post 24–48 hours before hanging anything heavy on it or letting the mail carrier lean on it. Mail delivery itself continues uninterrupted.

Timeline
Call to finished box: typically under a week in Hendersonville and Asheville. Charlotte books onto dedicated install days — usually within two weeks.
Weather
We pour concrete in most weather, but hard freezes and downpours can shift a date. If yours moves, you hear from us first, with a new date attached.
Utilities
We call NC 811 for utility locates when a dig requires it. It's free, it's the law, and it's why our timeline says "days," not "same afternoon."
